Terms of Service

The terms and conditions for all the candidates availing of the online training
course offered by Indian Biogas Association shall be as following. All the
candidates are expected to adhere to the said terms and conditions without a
fail and non-conformity with the same may lead to their debarment from the
course.
• There isn’t a separate app for the training; it will be delivered on the LMS platform only.
• If any participant has any questions about the content or anything else, they can discuss
it or post their questions on forums. They can also write to the events@biogas-india.com
in case they need further assistance.
• All the candidates are hereby requested to read the course content and also acquire all
the necessary information about the scope and extent of the course before enrolling for
the same and ensure it properly that the course meets their requirements. IBA does not
guarantee any particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity
after completion of the course. The proficiency differs from candidate to candidate and
the outcome also of the course depends on many factors like personal dedication and
hardwork etc.
• The course is only valid for one year from the date of account activation.
• If your course is not working and there is any delay in starting the course, please contact

• Once the course has been availed and payment made for the same then it shall be nonrefundable.
• Usually, payment settlement takes 3-5 working days, so we look forward to your cooperation, the confirmation/ activation of your account /course may take some time.
• The course is only accessible through one device; it cannot be accessed through two
devices.
• The candidates shall be provided with a certificate once they have completed the course
and the quiz assignment.
• Indian Biogas Association (IBA) and its partner agencies have all the copyrights on the
content provided in this course. You are not allowed to sample content from this course
or to share the course material with others or to republish any part of the content without
written consent from the IBA team. Any such nefarious activity if comes to the knowledge
of the management the same shall be treated as a criminal offence. Apart from such
candidate getting debarred from the course, he/she shall be liable under civil and criminal
laws of land. The management shall take stringent action against such candidates.
• No candidate is expected to disturb the decorum of the class. It is quite clear that many
candidates shall be taking online class and taking part in ongoing discussions, so it is
advised and expected that everyone shall behave in a responsible manner and refrain from
using unparliamentarily language. In case of any complaints of usage of abusive or
derogatory comments, etc by any candidate, the management shall be at complete liberty
to cancel the candidature of such candidate without further notice. Such candidates shall
be barred from all IBA and LMS platforms for all future times. The management shall not
entertain any request for refund of course fees from any such candidate.
